If you cannot sign in, check that your personal details match your records and use the service’s account recovery or help options. For questions about your National Insurance record or forecast, contact the Future Pension Centre if you are below State Pension age, or the Pension Service if you have reached it. The GOV.UK service will explain which team to contact and your forecast depends on your individual record.
