Disabled people can claim State Pension on the same basis as anyone else: entitlement mainly depends on your National Insurance record and reaching State Pension age, not on a disability diagnosis. Some benefits, such as New Style ESA or Universal Credit, may provide National Insurance credits if you cannot work, while PIP does not itself increase your State Pension. Check your State Pension forecast and National Insurance record on GOV.UK, and consider whether you may qualify for separate support such as Attendance Allowance after State Pension age. Your entitlement and amount depend on your individual circumstances.
