The New State Pension itself cannot usually be shared after divorce, and you generally cannot use an ex-spouse’s National Insurance record to increase it. However, a pension sharing order may apply to certain pre-6 April 2016 State Pension rights, including an Additional State Pension or protected payment, depending on the circumstances. Any sharing is not automatic and must be dealt with through the divorce process and a court order. For tailored advice, speak to a solicitor regulated by the SRA and check the guidance on GOV.UK.
